Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this website.

1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by Olga Apryshkina, trading as Thrive Hub [FULL LEGAL NAME / ENTITY AND ADDRESS, Switzerland]. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Coaching, not healthcare
Thrive Hub provides coaching, movement classes, coworking and wellbeing support. Nothing on this site — including the self-assessment, the chat assistant, articles or class descriptions — is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and none of it constitutes diagnosis or treatment.
If you are experiencing a health problem, are in crisis, or are under professional care, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Our services complement professional care; they never replace it.
3. The self-assessment
The assessment is a self-reflection tool based on your own answers. Its results describe patterns, not conditions. You use it voluntarily and process-related data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which you should read before starting.
4. The AI assistant
The chat assistant ("Mira") is an automated AI. It answers general questions about Thrive Hub on a best-efforts basis and is designed to decline medical or clinical questions. AI answers can be imperfect — for anything important, confirm details with us directly on a discovery call. Membership terms, prices and availability are only confirmed by us personally, never by the assistant.
5. Booking and membership
The free discovery call carries no obligation. Membership terms (duration, inclusions, pricing, cancellation) are agreed personally and in writing before you join; this website is informational and does not itself form a membership contract.
6. Intellectual property
The Thrive Hub name, logo, texts and imagery on this site belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share links; please don't republish content without asking.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no scraping of personal data, no abusive content in the chat, and no automated bulk submissions to our forms.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page. These terms are governed by Swiss law, with [PLACE, Switzerland] as the place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
