About Thrive Hub

A coworking space for your nervous system

Integrative health combining Western medicine and evidence-based holistic care — in a place in Basel built for working, recovering and belonging.

The concept

Why a membership, not a class pass

Most wellbeing offers sell you a single ingredient: a yoga class here, a meditation app there, a workshop once a quarter. Thrive Hub is built on a different premise — that a nervous system doesn't change from one-off inputs. It changes from rhythm.

So the membership runs in seasons of three or six months. Long enough for new patterns to take hold; structured enough that you don't have to rely on willpower. Classes, coworking days and 1:1 coaching all live under one roof and one commitment.

Not a gym. Not an office. A third place — where your work and your recovery finally share a schedule.

The core principle

Most programs ask “how do you feel?” — Thrive Hub asks “what does your biology show?”

High achievers don't lack information, motivation or willpower. Their nervous system is running outdated predictive models — built for a threat environment that no longer exists. That's why coping strategies help you rebound, but don't change what fires the stress from the inside.

What most programs do

  • Teach coping strategies
  • Manage symptoms
  • Change thoughts
  • Build awareness

Why it doesn't last

  • Regulation without rewiring
  • Insight without architecture
  • Pattern without new identity
  • Management, not transformation

What Thrive Hub does

  • Retrains the underlying patterns
  • Updates emotional responses
  • Builds a new relationship with pressure
  • Integrates it under real-life load

Progress is measured, not guessed: biomarkers, wearables, performance metrics and your own experience — because no amount of mindset work can overcome a dysregulated biology.

Surviving vs thriving

The difference isn't your calendar. It's your nervous system.

Surviving — stress mode Thriving — regulated
Switching off

Surviving“I'm always on.”

Thriving“I know when to switch off.”

Focus

Surviving“My brain has 37 tabs open.”

Thriving“I can think clearly.”

Energy

Surviving“Coffee is my personality.”

Thriving“Energy comes naturally.”

Recovery

Surviving“Recovery? I'll earn it later.”

Thriving“Recovery is how I stay at the top.”

Leadership

Surviving“Everything depends on me.”

Thriving“I lead without carrying the entire company on my shoulders.”

If the left column sounds familiar, you're not failing — you're running in survival mode. Thriving is a skill you can train, and the shift is measurable. Take the 2-minute assessment →

The space

Designed to lower your baseline, not your standards

Quiet by design

Calm rooms, natural light and unhurried pacing. The space itself does part of the regulating before any practice begins.

Work-ready

Proper desks, reliable focus blocks and room to take calls — coworking days are real workdays, structured around short regulation breaks.

Small on purpose

Membership is capped so classes stay personal, the space stays calm and Olga knows every member by name.

What we stand for

Four values, taken literally

Evidence-based. Practices earn their place through research and results — not fashion.

Personalized. Your plan follows your patterns, your workload and your season of life.

Holistic. Sleep, movement, breath, focus and community are treated as one system, because they are one.

Transformative. The goal is not a nicer week — it's a different relationship with pressure that outlasts the membership.

Fit matters

Who Thrive Hub is for — and who it isn't

Thrive Hub is for you if…

  • You're a professional under sustained pressure who wants to keep performing — sustainably
  • You're dealing with stress-driven sleep struggles, low energy or that always-on feeling
  • You can commit to a 3 or 6 month season and show up 2–3 times a week
  • You value a small, considerate community over an anonymous gym floor

It's probably not for you if…

  • You're looking for a drop-in class pass or a one-off workshop
  • You want a quick fix rather than a rhythm you build over months
  • You need medical or mental-health treatment — Thrive Hub is coaching and wellbeing support, and Olga will gladly point you to the right professionals
Community

Recovery is easier in good company

The quiet advantage of Thrive Hub is the room itself: founders, executives and specialists who all decided that running on empty isn't a personality trait. Coworking days, shared classes and small member gatherings turn regulation from a private project into a shared habit.

No networking pressure, no performance theatre — just people who take their energy seriously, in the same space, on the same rhythm.
